The reason it is advisable to reduce the intake of alcohol, caffeine and to avoid smoking is that these foods and drinks can impact a female’s reproductive health negatively.

Try to avoid having those packed, processed foods and fast foods, especially if you are facing fertility issues. There are some unhealthy food items that claim to be healthy but do not get in the trap of such marketing because foods that are processed lose their nutritional value, and it is better to have home-cooked meals instead of eating outside food.

Do not go for instant Kadai paneer, palak paneer, and idli or sambar packet mix available in the market. Foods that last for six to one year are filled with preservatives that are not good for your health.

Such foods not only impact your overall health but also contain so many excess calories with no or less nutrition compared to what you want at home. When you are cooking at home, you are using seasonal products, oil under control, a more hygienic and healthier way of cooking can give you 10 times more of what you get from outside.

Nowadays, with so many PCOS problems, there could be something really wrong that needs to be stopped before the PCOS cases become massive.
